My husband and I own a Truck Driving School. We help finance students with tuition. In this particular case we had a father and son come with one another to the school. The fathers was paid in full by the state. His son had no money or any to put down on his tuition. So his father said that he would put his motor home up to back the loan for the school. We hold the title as the lein holder. The father is the main on the loan while the son co-signed the loan. They have refused to repay the loan. We want to know if we can go and repo the motor home and take them to court for the remaining owed us. We want to know what legal steps we should take.
