Issue regarding right-of-way. Campers on this road all have right-of-ways in their property deeds, the problem is that they are not described. They were issued so many years ago that the right-of-way is not clearly described. How should someone research and prove or get an updated (described) right of way?


Follow up question, if campers used a road for 25+ years. Can someone dig up the road to force them to use another one? Long story short, a new road had to be built for year-round residence. One way to get campers to contribute to the (new road) someone dug up the old road (which was used for 25+ years) They only owned the property for about 12 years, and just dug it up 3 years ago. They posted a (No trespassing w/o permission) sign ( the marker part of w/o permission has faded) Can they really UN-do the 25+ years established by simply putting up a sign, and digging up the road? Can anything be done?
