Hello,

I'd like to require users of my website to fill out a form to register for membership (and then be able to access the content of the website).

On this sign-up form I would like to include a Résumé file upload field so that I can create a Résumé database for employers to search for potential job candidates.

My question is am I llegally allowed to make the Résumé file upload field a mandatory rather than optional field? (and therefore refuse website access to people who don't supply their Résumé file). I would of course make it clear that the Résumé will be placed in a database and be searchable by employers.
