Rule 34 NC Rules of Civil Procedure---I am the plaintiff, Defendants attorney was instructed to give me all documents ,receipts, etc........involved in this case that they have and will use against me.--they gave me copies of all of my paperwork, documents, receipts, notices I originally gave them a mnth ago.

Can I file a Motion to the Judge ordering them to give me what I want?
