My mom and dad rent an apartment (my mom just got married a few weeks ago) now back about a year ago my best friend who had been living here for about 3 years got kicked out by the landlady. Here is the story. My freind christina had some depression issues and tried to commit suicide a few times ambulance was called a few times etc now the landlady didnt want the attention and this is why i think christina got kicked out now also christina had been seeing our next door neighbor who was with our landlady's daughter at the time so christina fought with her a lot and things got hectic. I live in a 1 bedroom apartment and so i dont know if it was legal for me and christina to share a room originally it was just my mother me and christina. This is why the landlady didnt want christina getting attention cuz i think she whould have been at fault for letting christina staying here. Christina moved out last year and now she wonders what the landlady can do legally if she came back she never did a no contact order against christina or anything it was a verbal agreement betwen all of us because the landlady didnt want christina here anymore. If christina came back could the landlady kick us out? like if chrisinta came spent the night a few nights what could the landlady do? besides a no contact order etc. this is kinda a long story but i just want to know what the landlady could do if christina came back and also if it is legal to have 3 people in a 1 bedroom apartment christina was paying some rent at the time she was here she gave it to my mom and my mom payed the landlady. thanx
