I've read all the rights for "Renters in foreclosure" and I still have questions. When we go to move out, would the previous owner be responsible for the deposit or the bank, before the foreclosure goes through? If after the foreclosure goes through, would the new owner be responsible for the deposit or is the the bank or previous owner?

Our lease was a one year lease and we have been here over 2 years. We are suppose to give 60 days notice if we do plan on moving. Thanks
