I am getting married to someone that has been divorsed for a while now. His x says that it is in the divorse papers that if he passes away that she can move back in the house and raise the children. What are my rights? She signed a quitclaim deed when they divorsed. If I marry this guy and he dies...can she come back in the house and then I am out on the streets? Please let me know what my rights are. Thank you.
