Default relinquishing parental rights

I have a 16 year old who has asked me to relinquish my parental rights of to her father. I currently have 70% custody. I've gone to court 4x since 2001 for custody of this child and won every time. Her father has manipulated and controlled her and at the time because she was young we felt this would deminish over time. However she is now emulating his behavior. She is currently with her father and refuses to return. She refuses to be specific about why she does not want to return, but is adamant she does not want to live with me or see me any more. There has never been any abuse of any form or fashion. She has threated to make life a living hell, take me to court, etc. Between the two of them the costs I have incured emotionally and financially have been enormous. Emotionally I can't do this any more nor am I willing to set myself or my husband up for false allegations which she would stoop to in order to be moved to her father's.

Can I relinquish my parental rights per her request and what are the possible legal ramifications?

Is her Father currently married and is his wife willing to adopt your daughter? If the answer is no then no you cannot release yourself of parental responsibilty
