Default Regarding Reconcilation

Hello and glad I found this forum.

My husband and myself have a legal separation ( which was mutually agreed upon) and its filed in the local court house. We having resumed living together for aprox. 1/1/2 years now and we want to abolish this separation document, and all things to be as before.

Since we are in agreement, can we draw up our own document having it notarized etc, and enter it ourselves in the clerks office for a judge to review.
We are trying to escape the expensive lawyer fees involved to process or prepare this document.

Any advice appreciated.

You may want to post this under family law to get some more responses. You certainly can do this yourself if you are in agreement.
