Default refund wanted by buyer with threats of legal action

I have had a similar thing just happen to meand would like opinions I collect ww2 German militaria and sell some of it I had some small pins that were for the Hitler youth diamond with swastika in the center I posted them for sale on a site and described them as good as I could the back of such items has some times has a small rzm in a circle. this one I could not make out the z. any way I received an email from a buyer saying he would take them I received a paypal payment and posted them in the mail I then received a notice I was banned from the forum because of another forum that was similar that I was not a part of I had purchased from a dealer a couple of items and my paypal account I had to shut down because of a theft. his account was debited the money I sent I paid the next day when I got my account back up but by then he had posted I was a rip off artist So I got banned from a sister site the buyer of the pins sees this and sends me an email saying if the pins are not in his possession by Tuesday last he is going to turn me into the DEQ what ever that is I posted back that I have no control over the usps well he gets the pins on Tuesday Thursday I get an email saying that he is unhappy with the pins and that they rzm mark is rem and he wants his money back He paid 50 plus shipping and he wants 65 back "NOW" I emailed him to ask in the first place why does he want more than he paid? I get an email saying OK buddy ... need my shipping charges back ... it is your call .... I paid for rzm marked pins ... I'll take it to the next step if you can't refund me ... Got a lot of "stuff" on you do you want to see the list of "stuff" after I "run" it with CDQ and put out on an "alert"? Have a nice day .... Mark Castel Boston MA. Well I have sold some German items and you almost never get any one happy unless you give it to them. The problem is that they always argue over this is original and this is not. I never advertised it as original just what it was a couple of pins you need to know what you want. I did not bait and switch I posted the photos of what I sent. I sent a response to the above email I contacted my lawyer and was told one I never sold it with the express claim that it had an rzm mark I posted I could make out rm. second I was told never to refund anything to any one before I received the item or items back. Third if I described the items wrong then you have a case to pursue with paypal as "significantly not as described" and fourth your emails have a tone of extortion asking for more money then was even paid in the first place. So if you go through paypal and they decide in your favor I will abide by that. if not I will take my lawyers advice. Strange but I had just sold a knife and was asked if it was original I replied that I did not know I could only say what shape it was in and that it was not a new item. that the buyer had to make the call. He bought it any way and then said after he got it he wanted a refund but would hold the knife till he received the refund. What the heck I sold these items at a price of reproductions and I am not sure they are or are not. I did not say anything about any promise of originality or refund. But Some of these guys are not just collectors they are neo-Nazi and try to be very intimidating. any opinions please.
