Okay one Saturday i caught my ex buying drugs for her new boyfriend in front of my son, like a fool i told her that was last draw i was filing for custody, that Monday she filed exparte, 3 1/2 weeks not seeing my son later i won the case but now none of us have custody, cause when she left two years ago we agreed to keep it peaceful for the child. now she wont let me have him cause she fears i won't give him back and i do plan on going after full custody so my question is she said i have to go to court house sign paper that we have joint custody before she lets me have him, and tells me if i dont she isnt gonna leave him with me alone cause she thinks im as ignorant as her and would punish my kid cause i dislike her, if i do this so i can see my son can i turn around and still file for full custody afterwards or once i sign this is this final?
