I understand that this is a stressful situation for you. I would suggest that since you are going to sue a company, that you may want to speak with an attorney to help you out as they are going to have a team of lawyers working against you. You can locate one through the attorney locator on Lawinfo's home page at http://www.lawinfo.com/. Some attorneys do offer free consultations.

Hi ronald. I can understand this is a frustrating situation. Marital assets are divided according to your state law. To the extent that the house is a marital asset, it will be divided by the court if you and your wife can't agree on what to do between the two of you. I suggest you try to speak to a divorce attorney about your legal rights to the house and/or other assets. You can find more information about an attorney through the attorney locator service on LawInfo's home page at: http://www.lawinfo.com/. Some do offer free consultations.
