While driving under the influence of alcohol I crashed into another car. The woman in the other car was not hurt save for a bruised knee. I was charged with a second offense DUI and later charged with second degree assault. Also I did have insurance on my vehicle and I have hired a lawyer. What can I expectand what are the best and worst case scenarios? I have never had a felony only misdemeanors. Also I am a full time college student with excellent grades. Please help! Thanks
