Default Re-posted for "mandm"

My husband suffered a heart attack on November 29 2003. Ten days prior to that he had been in agonizing pain displayed every symptom of a heart attack and saw his PCP (Internist)twice. He was treated for a bulging disc in his neck and had been given muscle relaxers and Vicodin; in increasing doses. My husband is also a diabetic. On Friday the 28th of November he also was mis-diagnosed in the ER at a local hospital; displaying every symptom of a heart attack and yet not one test was performed because this doctor went on the other doctors information. My husband is alive no thanks to these two. His ejection fraction was 50%. So we were told that we have no legal case against them he suffered horribly and could have died. Can anyone give us some advice?
