Majority owner of small LLC transfered 100% of business to the original investor and failed to inform minority owner of this act. Minority continued working as usual which included signing for the company in so doing putting herself at risk of personal liability. Two years past before she discovered this fact and now the company is out of business she is being sued personally from vendors not paid... These documents changing ownership were never file with any legal entity but they had the money and control of the business. I do not have the money to fight them what can I do?
