Unhappy Racing and eluding police

Last night I was arrested for Racing and eluding police, I am 18 and never had any criminal record. I'm very scared becasue this is a big deal.

This is what happen:

I was going down spring hill drive, I was speeding and another car was speeding with me. I slowed down becasue a car was infront of me. a state trooper pulled the guy next to me over and they were 100+ feet ahead of me. I thought he was only pulling him over so I took a left to make a loop to come out to spring hill drive becasue I was confused on what was going on, the cop left the other person and followed me with no lights on, then when he got close enough he flicked them on I was about to get to the spring hill drive again but pulled into a parking lot then he arrested me. said if i pulled over he was only giving me a ticket also but I didnt know he was pulling me over becasue he was infront of me pulling another guy over. while this happened I had my girlfriend in the car with me.

I can understand that this is scary for you. Have you browsed through the information in LawInfo's Free Legal Resource Center to learn more about your issue yet? See: http://www.lawinfo.com/consumer.html. You should certainly try to speak to a lawyer to determine what legal options may be available. In the meantime, you may be able to learn more on your own. Search the "Free Legal Resources" tab, or browse the Consumer Resources. Good luck.
