Hi,

I am trying to resolve a software license issue with a company in MA.
It is not worth the expense to hire an attorney, but if I send them a notice of legal action and put the title 'esquire' after my name with the intent of having them avoid a potential lawsuit...............

Is that okay, or is it somehow illegal and impersonating an attorney?
