My sister-in law is due to give birth in 3-4 weeks, and my husband and I went to there house on Sunday night, we were horrified to see the mess that they live in(trash,bugs,fleas) We are concerned that this baby is not going to be well taken care of, if they cant keep a house descent. So my question is, is there anyway that we can file for emergency/temporary custody of this child before he is born, till they get things straightened out(if they can!)?
