Default Question re: Response-Decl-OSC/Ntc of Motion

My ex filed this with the court yesterday. Only a small portion of his filing has anything to do with the motion i filed Aug. 15th. Instead, there are tons of new issues he is raising.

For my reply, does this mean i must reply to every issue he is raising or just the initial issue at hand (which had to do with Christmas break).

Also, the court stamped my papers with a hearing date of Sept. 19th. The Responsive Declaration-OSC/Ntc of Motion I received yesterday from his attorney has a different date for the hearing (Sept 13).

Does this mean his declaration and OSC-Notice of Motion has its own hearing date of Sept. 13 or could this just possibly be a typo by his attorney? (she has many).

PLEASE advise.

I would suggest that you address each issue or it could be deemed waived. Have you browsed through the information in LawInfo's Free Legal Resource Center to learn more about your issue yet? See: http://www.lawinfo.com/consumer.html and http://resources.lawinfo.com/en/index.html. You can certainly try to speak to a lawyer to determine what legal options may be available. In the meantime, you may be able to learn more on your own. Search the "Free Legal Resources" tab, or browse the Consumer Resources. Good luck.
