Hello I recently had to file a civil case in court. I am a lay person and had to do this on my own. I am not sure about the discovery process. I was involved in an accident two years ago. A person that witnessed the incident was an employee of the store where I feel. She told me she would be happy to testify for me but I was unable to get her contact information. She in no longer employed at this place. May I ask the firm representing the store to disclose her contact information as a part of the discovery process to have her subpoenaed?
