We are residents of Colorado, but have a motor home that we live in, it broke and we went to live with relatives out of state until it was repaired. We are the plantiffs in a lawsuit and now are told we have to post a court cost bond because we are non residents. Do we have to prove this is untrue? We are retired and have bank accounts in Colorado.
