I am in need of a probono divorce attorney for a rather odd yet challenging case. I have been a resident of Dallas, TX since May of 2010 and filed for divorce in Dallas County on March 16th, 2011. My ex resides in OH and hired an attorney to file a motion to move the divorce back to OH since she filed for divorce two weeks after I filed in March. Since I was pro se I met the challenge against counsel she hired and the judge for whatever reason allowed the case to be conducted in OH. I have had poor to little representation in OH since the case moved back there and quite frankly would like to have this case tried in TX. I am unemployed and clearly looking for assistance. No children are involved and we have both filed Chapter 7 separately yet for some reason her counsel feels I have coffee cans of cash buried in the backyard. I'm looking for someone that wants a challenge.
