My daughter got a dui about 1 year ago. She served 2 of the 90 days. She was on probation and was supposed to complete outpatient treatment program and pay $1700+ in fines. She now has missed two court dates and now has a probation revocation and a second charge for failure to appear. She has another court date this coming Friday and I know she is not planning on coming back to Iowa for it. What is going to happen to her? I seem to be more worried than she is.

Most likely they will issue a warrant for her arrest on the VOP. As far as whether or not that arrest will ever take place, it's anyone's guess. It depends on a lot of factors - not the least of which is how much Iowa is willing to go through to extradite her from wherever she is.
