hello i'm an employer and I have an employee who was arrested in duval county florida over 4 yrs ago for a misdemeanor of fraud..he was given 1 yr probation and communtiy service he did not complete any of the service and reported to his p.o. several times is there a statute of limitations in this case what does he need to do?
