A close friend of mine was charged with 4th degree sexual misconduct. His PO is in lack of a better term really bad at his job. My friend has a few unanswered questions. His restrictions are No drinking or drugs and if he is going to spend the night somewhere he needs to tell his PO 24 hours in advance, and no contact with anyone under 18. A few questions include risk situations like " since he is not allowed to drink does that mean that he is not allowed out at the bars even as a sober cab?" also "say he is out to eat and his waitress is under 18 or her age is doubtful how does he handle the situation?" a similar situation would be going to a gas station and a minor is working. Does he just minimize contact and avoid areas where there will be for sure minors?
