Default Probation

I was asked for help by a friend and thought this would be the best place to ask.

My aunts Probation officer is trying to say that my aunt cannot live or be with her own husband, or else she will go to prison.
Is this legal?

I don't know all the circumstances of her Aunt's probation other than it's all over pot, even though both her Aunt and her Aunt's husband have their medicinal pot cards.

We've both tried search the internet (and I've tried http://www.lawinfo.com/) but I can't find anything that answers this specifically but maybe I'm just not searching right.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It really will depend on what the conditions of probation were. She really needs to speak with an attorney or the attorney that represented her when she was placed on probation.
