Default probate wills trusts

We want to draw up a will and have heard that Trusts are best so as to not go into probate. Can we do this ourselves with forms we have purchased? Will it be legal? Lawyers want from 800 - 1000 to do this for us. Can we put our daughter on our deed for the house. We already have her on all our bank accounts etc. What about the car? Wouldn't all this avoid probate?

Trusts are a womderful way to avoid Porbate but if not done properly they cause many problems. It may be wise to have your specific factual situation analyzed by an attorney in your jurisdiction. And you should have this done IMMEDIATELY so that you don't lose important rights. Many lawyers offer a free or low-cost initial consultation just for the purpose of determining whether they can help you. Don't be afraid to contact them. Our Lead Counsel Panels at http://www.lawinfo.com/law/ are a great way to find a lawyer in your area on the internet.
