Default Probate Law

I am not from Oregon but my brother and my now deceased father. My dad left my brother as executor aka personal representative (?) of his estate. I am an heir of course much to my brothers dismay in addition to the other 5 siblings. My brother has hated me since I replaced him as baby of the family a little more than 40 years ago... amazing grudge huh? Well my brother much like my father and others in my family have a nasisstic disorder and I have always been a victim of his controlling and bullying. I finally compelled my brother through a surrogate family member to send out everyone a copy of the Will as the law states but I fear thats all I been able to get so far.
I have been looking up the Law here:

https://www.oregonlaws.org/ors/volume/3

A very nice resource but I can't always translate it so I was wondering if anyone here could. Like I think the Law here says that the personal representative has 60 days to distribute the liquid assets of Will and that funeral costs and selling of assets all must be transparent to the heirs and it distributed as well. I am unsure of time frames but is this right?

Have you browsed through the information in LawInfo's Free Legal Resource Center to learn more about your issue yet? See: http://www.lawinfo.com/consumer.html and http://resources.lawinfo.com/en/index.html. You can certainly try to speak to a lawyer to determine what legal options may be available. In the meantime, you may be able to learn more on your own. Search the "Free Legal Resources" tab, or browse the Consumer Resources. Good luck.
