Quick question. what is the law in oklahoma concerning marriage and probate?

Situation, my fiancee's father recently passed from a bout with cancer. He was married in December of '09 and passed in may of '10. He left no will, but his wish was for his assets to be sold either individually or by auction and the proceeds to be equally divided among his wife, and his two daughters. We have recently found out that his wife has been selling much of his stuff and keeping all the money for herself. What, if any, are the options that my fiancee has in order to pursue this issue and to get her share?
