SORRY! I left out the most important info. The husband filed a petition for Nullity of the marriage. Actually the Respondent was not aware of what was the Petition asking for nor was she ever informed or explained the process etc. (I suspect that the "alleged" lawyer may not know herself). The name of the lady misrepresenting hersel is Bertha Estrada and has an office in Tulare St. Fresno Ca. I have checked with the Cal Bar and she doesn't appear as a membere.
