Pre-Nuptuial / Adultry in Texas
I have been married for 3 1/2 years to a man who is a manic depressant. His addiction is women and outburst of severe anger. He has been divorced twice. He has a lot of money and is affiliated with almost every high falutten lawyer in Houston. He knows the ropes of divorce. I was a widow who was married for 21 years. We signed a pre-nup ,which is so called iron clad.He has taken advantage of the pre-nup ,which is all in his favor, because his attorney handled it. I could'nt afford an attorney to represent me at the time. During our 3 1/2 years of marriage , he has been cheating with all his past girlfriends. He tells me that he will be friends with them wheather I like it or not. I have proof of both emotional as well as physical adultry. I need to get an investgator to solidify the accusation. My question is, will his infidelity affect the pre-nup in terms of dividing any assets bought during the marriage? I am 59 years old and not working as my husband requested. Now I have no job , the house is in his name in order to get senior tax benefits, and my car is also in his name. He could have paid for the car in full, but did'nt ,to get the financing in his name. Do I have any rights?
