Hello - I need some opinions
I work(ed) at a daycare and as part of my job I needed to regularly check the 'work' email and by regularly I mean at least every half an hour. Recently, I came across an email that was from my bosses husband, that had a pornographic picture, of himself, that he sent her. I, as part of my job, opened the email because it had an attachment and a lot of the times an attachment in an email could be a fax or something of importance from a family.
I found it extremely disturbing and was wondering if I possibly have a case of sexual harassment that I can file for.
I live in Connecticut, and am not sure exactly how to go about this whole process.

I really doubt it. You opened an email from your boss's husband that was emailed to her, not you. If it was from her husband, it was personal in nature. Have you talked to her?
