My Wife's parents had a contract with a realitor which approced them because Walmart was building a Supercenter and buying 16 lots in their area. They were in a tragic car accident and were killed in May 03. When my wife went to close on the house with the paperwork the realitor had a different piece of paper with him that said he was intitled to 10% of the selling price which they had signed. I do not think they would have signed this anyway. Is there any way i can turn this realitor into have him checked out for fraud?
