I recently filed chapter 13. I have been working very hard to make my payments to the trustee six to seven days a week. I recently have had some health issues which have caused me to not be able to work as much. I need to retire because it is very hard physically for me to work. I have a first and second mortgage on my primary residence. I am planning to move to florida after I retire where I have some land. I would like to somehow get rid of my current home because I am unable to sell it because of the second mortgage. I have spoken to a attorney and he says that I currently make to much money to file bankrupcy. Does anyone know of any options for me.
