Hi.I had a case on me in which the evidence that detectives had on me such as interviews and information from my lap top was never presented to the judge or used against me in the court case.my x boyfriends sister was able to view the interviews and get all my lap top information.i was told evidence is not viewable to the public eye.how was she able to see it? i have emails from her telling me things word for word. I know she has to be doing something illegal. I know you can view a court case but I do not think people can physically sift thru evidence themselves, especially since it does not pertain to them. someone help me
