I live on the 22nd floor of an apartment building. One day my 14 year old son was playing with a toy!!! Machine gun (battery operated) on the balcony!!! Now the building management is saying that we were shooting a real gun off the balcony, and they are giving us a fine of $500. Can someone help ??? I do not think it is fair!!! We did not throw (shoot) anything off the balcony!!! What can i do???
