Photography in Public Places.
I am starting a photography business of my own. My first client wants to photograph lingerie in a park. It's a huge state park with lots of trails and such which aren't highly visible from the main hiking trails and it doesn't get MUCH traffic since it is such a large place. But I don't know if it is legal. It seems to me that if string thong bathing suits are legal on public beaches than lingerie which is far less revealing than THAT should be as well. But I certainly don't want to test that premise and find out otherwise. So what is the statute on public indecency in CT and what specifically does it include?
