Unlawful & unjustful acts have been committed against myself & my family by a state agency (CPS) & the ones that represent that agency(caseworkers) in the UNwarrented & wrongful removal of my childern! I would like to know the approriate course of action, deligating the proper procedure and or practice needed to initiate an adminintrative/congresional hearing/review reguarding the matter in which i stated above.Due to recent actions taken by this state agency, their are many issues I would like to refer to but due to the complexity of my case I will keep it limited. There has been sooo many wrong -doings and misconducts by the agency CPS and yet their seem to not be any laws that are mandated making them responsible for their actions and no governing body that oversees that agency?! I have a daughter that has a disability, & 2 sons cps removed on the prevailing grounds of not having a PCP and on false alligations and the dismissed the dependancy to the father before I ever went to court at a hearing I was not made aware of nor was apart of, the fact my grandfather is native american should have brought different juisdiction and yet it appears that CPS is above the law! Mine & my childrens state & federal rights have been violated & up to this point have been gotten away with,I love my children very much they are my whole life, and never neglected them or any child. Where can I turn to make those resposible for their multiple and ongoing wrongful acts?

I understand that this is a stressful situation for you and your family. The best thing for you to do is speak with an attorney in your area that has experience in situations like this. The attorney can explain to you what your legal options are. You can locate one through the attorney locator on Lawinfo's home page at http://www.lawinfo.com/. Some attorneys do offer free consultations.
