so I had a new doctor write me new prescriptions and the pharmacy I took them too tripled the dosage I was smart enough not to take that much of the medication but when I went back they wanted the medicine and when I didnt have it with me they gave me the prescription I did pick up at no copay when there should have been one. Do I have any legal recourse against them for messing the dosage up?

They didn't make you pay for it, and since you didn't take it you actually have no damages. What ELSE would you be suing for?

You can certainly report the incident to proper oversight authorities, but with no damges, and no financial loss, that would be the end of your involvement.
