Default Petition for CS reduction..Which Form?

My divorce was in Rankin County MS. in 2006. We have 3 girls,2-7yo and 1-14yo. I'm currently paying for 3 children to the mother as CS, while the mother lives with here mom in her home. I visit my children every 2 weeks(300 mile trip). Last year my oldest daughter got out of hand and her mother couldn't handle her she said. And told me to come get her. So I did. We drew up an agreement between ourselves giving the 14yo a trial year to see if she would want to stay with Dad(me) now that I live in TN.With the agreement I would bring her back for a visit each 2 weeks when I come down to see the other 2. I agreed to continue the CS for 3 children while the 14yo decided if this is what she wanted and it made her happy. She is now 15yo and IS happy and doesn't want to go back to mom after the year. She completed 1 year of school and started her Freshman year at her new school here in TN. Her mother has told her she might as well don't come back. I have paid CS for 3 children while trying to raise and support a 14yo this past year, she got her check every month.

Which FOrm do I need to ask for for a reduction in CS payments? As now 1 of the children is with me.

Also, Primary Custody was agreed upon for all the children to be with the mother. But now the oldest is with me.

So which form do I need to reverse the role of Primary Parent for the 15 now.?
SO this will all be legal and on court file. Both the mother and I agree its what is best for the child. She is happy once again. Mother is happy with Joint Legal of the 15yo. We have mutually agreed to swap without a fight.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated. JR

I would suggest that you get the custody dealt with first. If you agree to everything you can just have it drawn up and enter it in the court. Then you can do a modification of support. Have you browsed through the information in LawInfo's Free Legal Resource Center to learn more about your issue yet? See: http://www.lawinfo.com/consumer.html. You can certainly try to speak to a lawyer to determine what legal options may be available. In the meantime, you may be able to learn more on your own. Search the "Free Legal Resources" tab, or browse the Consumer Resources. Good luck.

Thank you. I'll check the site again but can't find a form for Mississippi. I'll probably have to go down to the Rankin Courthouse and ask the clerks behind the desk, they will know as some of those ladies have been there probably 20 years +. Of course I'll go ahead and get the Primary changed over. That'll be the first task then go back for a petition concerning the CS.Again Thanks and if anyone can give anymore tips I'm much appreciative.
