Hello, I'm searching for some legal advice. I was arrested on Saturday, June 21st for petite larceny i shop lefted $106.00 worth of merchendise at JCPenny and im still waiting for my court date on Monday, June 30th. Im only 16, i live in Tulsa, OK and I was just wondering what could happen when I go to court and could you give me a short explaination of the process that I might go through? Because I have no lawyer, but I read up on some sources saying that I might need one. I feel extremely awful for what I've done. I was taught better than that, and it's embarrassing to me and my family I am a good kid. I never get into trouble at school, I have a "b" almost "a" GPA, I have never got suspened, I go to church regularly. And the bad part about it is that I'm studying to become a lawyer, and I have messed up my future, and the things that I have going for me. This offence I guess is gonna stay on my criminal record and would it affect my carreer path thought out my life? Im just etremely confused and I dont know what to do with the whole mess so IF ANYONE COULD PLEASE HELP ME OUT ASAP I WOULD BE EXTREMELY SATISIFED, and thanks for taking the time to read this
