I was ran over on my motorcycle a few months back by a drive that fell asleep, and ran me over from behind as both of us were traveling down a four lane divided road is what the police report states. Driver was ticketed for no insurance card, and failing to reduce speed to avoid a accident. I recieve no tickets for nothing, because I did nothing but came around in a hospital 5 hours later.

I am under doctors care, and was off of work for 7 weeks, been going to phycial therapy for two month, speech theraphy( short term meomory lose), heads all the time from neck injure, and head injure.

So what legal advice would you suggest?

What is long term medical care? What is a example of time?

What is perminent limitations?

My advice is that you document everything, make copies of everything, and calculate all that you lost because of the injury.
