Personally liable for Company Debt

For all business owners, officers and executives, we are currently involved in a case where the CEO executed a promissory note that identified the company as the Borrower, but he failed to identify himself as an officer below his signature. The Court is allowing a case against him PERSONALLY for the company debt. Always use your title when signing a company document.
