perscription fraud
one juvenile (whose mother is a doctor)wrote out a perscription and signed his mothers name as the physician. he wrote another juveniles name as the patient. the second juvenile took the perscription to a pharmacy and got it filled they split the perscription 50/50 now they are both going to be charged with fraud and possession. my question is can the juvenile that turned the perscription in plead not guilty to fraud and instead plead guilty to accessory? also can they be charged with possession when niether of them had any of the perscription left?
