perjury by confidential informant
During my husband's trial in an entrapment defense the confidential informant committed perjury more than once based on what she had said during her testimony in deposition a few months earlier. There were two different judges who failed to charge her the prosecuting attorney and his own attorney said for did nothing either. Is there any legal way to have someone higher up check on this without causing problems for my husband during incarceration? Also notes that I penned were entered as evidence but I was not allowed to testify as to their construction. Those notes were intended only for his attorney's eyes. We know that his attorney threw the trial intentionally but don't know why. It can be proven. Again we are worried about problems for my husband. Is there a statute of limitations on how long you can request an investigation in such a matter?
