id like to seal or explunge my criminal records for employment. i have obtain a petition for relief under penal code 1203.4. and it says this order does not seal the record including the conviction and will remain on my public record. i have finished my community service and my probation will be over in 1 month. how can i permantely explunge my record? or can i? someone please help
