Sedgwick cms appeals unit denied my one and only appeal. I am now in federal courts with the question if Celiac Disease qualifies for a STD. They are contending they are mearly a third party adm and have nothing to do with this case and are arguing this is a payroll practice and nothing more, even though the std policy states 13 weeks 100% pay then 13 weeks 60% pay. can anyone help me? Should I pursue this in state court?
