Our toliet was reactly leaking out of the basement so we called our landlord. He came out with a "plumber" to fix the problem and when they were finished he said the problem was feminine hygiene products blocking the sewer. It does say in our lease that if there are any problems with this then we would have to pay. This would be fine, but first off I know none us put that stuff in the toliet. My second problem is he said we owe him $80.00 for it, but we don't get a bill or anything because the "plumber" is one of his friends, you know the guy that fixes everything. When I called around to a few pluming companies they said it would be between $60-70 to fix. Also, there were 3 girls living in the house before us, how can he tell me he knows it wasn't from them?
