My vehicle was hit from behind while I was turning into a parking space at my apartment complex. The other driver claimed I backed-up and hit him. Police report states " unable to determine who was at fault". Is there a scientific way to prove the truth in this case? I've got insurance coverage to repair my vehicle but I don't think I should un-fairly lose my deductable. Can anyone recommend an expert in accident reconstruction who would be interested in an individual case? The ones I've found only work for companies...
