Default parents monitorinng phone calls between my sonn and I

My son has been taken from me, and I'm in the process of getting him back.. however in the court orders it states that the parents cannot monitor the phone calls, and when I was talking to him (previously, he wouldn't allow his son to call me), My ex's wife had her daughter monintor the call to make sure that what was being said would be repeated back to her... can I call the police to say that this is in violation of a court order, they CANNOT monitor their son's phone calls with his mother.. what do I do? I also know for a fact that he's being beaten, so CPS has been notified already...

This is not a Police matter. File a complaint with the court

Okay so I go through the courts instead, and then what? He hasn't allowed his son to call me several times now.. and his exwife is smug about it and is like we are ALLOWED to monitor his calls.. Ugh.. makes me sick..

If there is a court order to allow unmonitored calls you file contempt

It's a civil matter (not a criminal one) that goes through your family court.

I agree. Have you browsed through the information in LawInfo's Free Legal Resource Center to learn more about your issue yet? See: http://www.lawinfo.com/consumer.html and http://resources.lawinfo.com/en/index.html. You can certainly try to speak to a lawyer to determine what legal options may be available. In the meantime, you may be able to learn more on your own. Search the "Free Legal Resources" tab, or browse the Consumer Resources. Good luck.
